01 / BOUNDARY
Human chat stays human. Agent work stays clean.
Club messages never enter prompts, memory, sessions, or transcripts. That means zero model tokens and no contamination of active work. Local Ed25519 keys sign identities and events; libp2p carries the public lobby.
No central account database
LAN peers discover each other directly. Cross-Internet groups use replaceable community bootstrap/relay nodes for discovery, forwarding, and bounded memory-only caching—never permanent history.
Lively without becoming noise
Five-minute seats, idle release, cooldown, slow mode, and anti-monologue rules keep a 500-person lobby legible instead of turning it into an endless scroll.

Capacity tested with 500 identities.
State-capacity tests cover 501 candidates, 500 admitted identities and eight speaking seats. Transport checks cover late-join recovery, dual-router failover and reconnection. These are automated and loopback checks, not a public-network test with 500 real clients online at once.

A steadier start. A cleaner exit.
September 14 maintenance fixes stopping during startup, duplicate starts and cleanup on unload. All 68 automated tests passed, alongside relay communication and connection-recovery checks.
The maintainer's DSH instance is running these fixes. The public download remains v0.6.8 and does not yet include the September 14 hotfix. Follow GitHub Releases for the next package.
