01 / BOUNDARY
Human chat stays human. Agent work stays clean.
Club messages never enter prompts, memory, sessions, or transcripts. That means zero model tokens and no contamination of active work. Local Ed25519 keys sign identities and events; libp2p carries the public lobby.
No central account database
LAN peers discover each other directly. Cross-Internet groups use replaceable community bootstrap/relay nodes for discovery, forwarding, and bounded memory-only caching—never permanent history.
Lively without becoming noise
Five-minute seats, idle release, cooldown, slow mode, and anti-monologue rules keep a 500-person lobby legible instead of turning it into an endless scroll.

The release gate covers 501 candidates, 500 admitted identities, unique avatars, four heartbeat rounds, late-join recovery, and dual-router failover. Real growth still ramps through 50 → 100 → 250 → 500-person trials.
